Kelly Garrett Hicks is a Senior Attorney and Team Leader of the St. Clair County (Belleville) Office at Stange Law Firm L.L.C. She is licensed to practice in the State of Illinois and State of Missouri. Ms. Hicks has focused her practice on Family Law.
Ms. Hicks graduated from Saint Louis University with a B.A. in Political Science and a Certificate in Political Journalism. As an undergraduate, she was selected for Pi Sigma Alpha the Political Science Honor Society and was nominated for the Best Political Science Student by her professors. She also received college credit while working in the Clerk’s Office of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
Ms. Hicks graduated from Southern Illinois School of Law in Carbondale, Illinois. As a law student, she served on the Law School Orientation Committee and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity. Following law school, Ms. Garrett Hicks began practicing law in St. Clair County, Illinois and practiced there for six years prior to joining Stange Law Firm, LLC. She is active in the St. Clair County Bar Association and served on the Young Lawyers Committee. She also serves as a Land of Lincoln pro bono attorney.
Ms. Hicks is based out of the Belleville, Illinois office and represents clients in Illinois and Missouri in divorce, custody, paternity, modification, contempt, child support and other family law matters.
