Ms. Murphy is a Senior Attorney and Team Leader in the St. Louis County Office at Stange Law Firm, LLC. She is licensed to practice in the State of Missouri.
Ms. Murphy received a B.A. from the University of Tulsa, cum laude, with Honors. She graduated and received her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia in Columbia, Missouri. As a law student, Ms. Murphy was active in the Women’s Bar Association and the Gavel newspaper. She also was Rule 13 certified and participated in the Domestic Violence Clinic. During law school, Ms. Murphy was a law clerk for the Department of Social Services, Legal Services, and the Attorney General of the State of Missouri-Labor Department. Ms. Murphy has practiced in the area of family law and litigation for ten years prior to joining Stange Law Firm. She was employed by a nationally recognized family law firm where she started and ran the firm’s Arnold office for several years. She has practiced in over sixteen counties in the State of Missouri. She has further worked for several years as a licensed Guardian ad Litem.
Ms. Murphy is currently based out of the Firm’s St. Louis (Brentwood) Office where she represents clients in divorce, paternity, modification, custody, post-judgment enforcement and guardianship cases. Ms. Murphy is also involved in St. Mary Magdalen Church, the Boy Scouts of America, Missouri Bar Association, Bar Association of Metropolitan St. Louis and the Women’s Bar Association of Jefferson County.
