Karol Dåvila
Recruiting Director
Karol Dåvila is the Recruiting Director for Stange Law Firm, PC.
Karol earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science in 2021 from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley, with a minor in Legal Studies. She is currently enrolled as a graduate student pursuing a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the same university.
Karol brings four years of experience in recruiting to Stange Law Firm. In her previous role as a Graduate Supervisor with the University of Texas Rio Grand Valley, she spent time seeking out and interviewing potential candidates for various roles within the Recreation Department.
Outside of work, Karol enjoys taking scenic walks with her dog as well as exploring the St. Louis area.
