Benjamin attended Elon University School of Law in Greensboro, NC, obtaining his Juris Doctor in 2021. Before studying law, he earned his Bachelor of Science from North Carolina State University. He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Kansas.

Prior to joining the Shawnee County family law attorneys at Stange Law Firm, PC, Benjamin most recently worked as an Associate Law Professional for a law firm in North Carolina. In this role, he was responsible for handling and assisting with cases involving civil and criminal matters. He also worked to collaborate with District Attorney’s offices to gather required discovery information for criminal investigations and search warrant reviews while also drafting court proceedings, subpoenas, and legal research briefs. Benjamin also coordinated business valuations and record acquisitions with external businesses to provide services for cases and clients.
