Bethany Allen is a caring Associate Attorney for Stange Law Firm, PC, serving St. Charles County and surrounding areas from the firm’s St. Charles office.
Bethany attended Texas Southern University, Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she obtained her Juris Doctorate, graduating Cum Laude, in 2018. While in law school, Bethany took part in many campus activities including serving as the Editor-in-Chief for the Thurgood Marshall Law Journal on Gender, Race & Justice, the Director of Moot Court for the Southwest Region of the Black Law Student Association, and a Writing Advisor for the law school. She also obtained her Client Interviewing and Fact Investigation Certification from the National Institute for Trial Advocacy and took part the 2017 Federal Bar Association Annual Thurgood Marshall Moot Court Competition. Before law school, Bethany earned her Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Pre-Law, graduating Magna Cum Laude, from Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Bethany is licensed and ready to help her clients in the State of Missouri.
Before joining the St. Charles divorce lawyers at Stange Law Firm, PC, Bethany most recently spent three years as a Remote Document Reviewer for a company based in Houston, TX. In this role, her attention to detail was crucial. She was tasked with reviewing complex documents including emails, documents related to data breaches, financials, spreadsheets, and contracts for subpoena requests. Bethany also spent time as a Law Clerk where she was responsible for doing extensive research related to worker’s compensation claims under the Longshore and Harbor Worker’s Compensation Act. She also spent time working as a Quality Control Associate for a company based in Houston, TX where she was responsible for ensuring clients received maximum research and development tax credit benefits for their businesses. Bethany has also spent time in various legal roles, including serving as a Legal Intern and a Legal Extern, that has allowed her to gain experience and knowledge of the legal process. She looks forward to utilizing her attention to detail and legal experience to help her clients get back on their feet.
In her free time, Bethany likes to travel, attend concerts, and volunteer her time to college readiness initiatives for high school students.
