Beverly Fratto, Esq.

When divorce or other family law issues arise in your life, it is common to feel like your entire life is hanging in the balance. It is important that you have caring and dedicated legal representation in your corner to ensure that your rights are protected and that you are informed throughout the duration of your case. Beverly Fratto is an Associate Attorney in our firm’s Bloomington, Illinois office. She can represent clients throughout McLean County, and the surrounding areas.

Beverly earned her Juris Doctorate from the John Marshall Law School in Atlanta, Georgia in 2023. While in law school, she also served as the President of the Christian Legal Society from 2020-2021. Before earning her law degree, she attended the University of South Florida where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science. Beverly is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Utah.

Prior to joining the Bloomington, Illinois divorce and family law attorneys at Stange Law Firm, Beverly spent the previous year working as an Assistant State Attorney for the Peoria County State’s Attorney’s Office. In this role, she was tasked with handling all aspects of Juvenile Delinquency cases in Peoria County, assisting in Juvenile Abuse Court, including preparation for Shelter Care, Termination of Parental Rights, and Paternity Review hearings, and assisted with research in felony cases. Before her career in law, Beverly spent 10 years working as a Health Educator teaching various health and fitness classes including senior fitness, yoga, and nutrition. This position allowed her to gain valuable leadership and organizational skills. Beverly looks forward to helping her clients that are facing these difficult family law issues get back on their feet and rebuild their lives.

Outside of her legal career, Beverly raised two children as a single mom. Both of her children attended Georgia Tech University where they graduated with the highest honors. In her free time she enjoys cooking and learning new cooking techniques. She also enjoys spending time wine tasting with friends.
