Jeffrey Abney, Esq.

Jeffrey Abney is an Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm, PC. He is located in our Clayton, MO family law office, and is ready to help clients throughout the St. Louis area.

Jeffrey earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Maryland Francis Carey School of Law. Prior to law school, he attended Webster University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Legal Studies. Jeffrey is currently licensed and ready to help his clients in the State of Missouri.

Before joining the St. Louis divorce lawyers at Stange Law Firm, PC, Jeffrey most recently spent time as a Law Graduate, working with Veterans and Public Benefits, for Texas RioGrande Legal Aid. In this role he was tasked with drafting and submitting Discharge Upgrades and VA Benefits appeals, submitting Waivers for Overpayment, requests for reconsideration, and initial benefits applications to the Social Security Administration and Texas Health and Human Services, and analyzing case merits and creating strategies for assisting clients with their individual needs. Jeffrey also spent time from 2019-2021 working as a Law Clerk, a Legal Research Assistant, and a Law Intern. He looks forward to utilizing the legal skills and experience he has gained to help his clients rebuild their lives.
