Jessica Witters is an Associate Attorney with Stange Law Firm, PC. She is ready to help clients throughout Douglas County, Nebraska, and nearby from the firm’s Omaha, Nebraska family law office.
Jessica attended Creighton University School of Law where she earned her Juris Doctorate in May 2024. While in law school, Jessica earned the Law Dean’s Academic Scholarship and was also a member of the Creighton Law Review. Before law school, Jessica earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology, graduating magna cum laude, from Creighton University. In her undergraduate studies, she received a merit scholarship for academics and the Labaj, Fr. Joseph Award. Jessica is licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska.
Before joining the Omaha, Nebraska divorce and family law attorneys at Stange Law Firm, Jessica spent two years working as a Law Clerk for a legal practice in Omaha. In this role, she worked to assist with drafting depositions, interrogatories, and other instruments of discovery, prepare and review legal documents in preparation for trial, correspond with law enforcement, healthcare entities, and court personnel, and assist with a project with the Family Law Forms Committee for the Nebraska Bar Association in the creation of an automated system for filing legal documents.
