Keonna attended the University of North Dakota Law School in Grand Forks, ND where she obtained her Juris Doctorate in December 2018. Before studying law, Keonna earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Development from the University of Missouri in Columbia, MO. While in undergraduate school, she also was a part of Teach and Learn in Korea (TaLK) and a member of the Grant Elementary Mentoring Program. Keonna is licensed to practice law in the State of Missouri.

Keonna previously worked as an attorney for the Arnold, MO divorce lawyers at Stange Law Firm, PC in 2019 as a Junior Associate Attorney. While at the firm, she worked to draft and file legal documents pertaining to family law matters for several counties throughout Missouri. She also consulted, advised, and zealously represented clients on family law matters and worked to keep them informed throughout the process, while also corresponding with opposing counsel to help negotiate potential settlements. Most recently, Keonna worked as an Associate Attorney for another family law firm in the St. Louis area. She also has experience in the legal field working in various roles such as an Assistant Public Defender, a Document Review Attorney, and an Immigration/International Human Rights Attorney.

In her free time, Keonna enjoys traveling, exploring the city, and hanging out with her family and friends.
