Where Will My Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Indiana Divorce Case Be Heard?

In Missouri, Illinois, Kansas, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Indiana divorce and paternity cases are handled by your local county’s circuit or district court.
